    The Town of Pierce Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021 at 7:30 p.m.
at E5803 County Rd. K, Algoma.   After viewing the property, they will meet at the Pierce Town Hall.   The commission will hear a request by Randall L. & Renee K. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on December 16, 2020, the Town Board of the Town of Pierce
adopted ORDINANCE NO 2001 repealing and recreating CHAPTER 10, ZONING ORDINANCE TO

THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF PIERCE, KEWAUNEE COUNTY, WISCONSIN.

The Town of Pierce Plan Commission developed CHAPTER 10, ZONING ORDINANCE under the

authority granted by Wis. Stats. 60.10 (2)(c), 60.10 (2) (h), 60.62, 61.35, 62.23 and 62.23 (7).

On November 18, 2020, at the direction of the Town Board, the Plan Commission held a public

hearing on the creation of CHAPTER 10, ZONING ORDINANCE.

CHAPTER 10, ZONING ORDINANCE TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF PIERCE,

KEWAUNEE COUNTY, WISCONSIN will become effective the day after the publication of this

notice on December 30, 2020.

You are further notified that a copy of CHAPTER 10, ZONING ORDINANCE TO THE CODE OF

ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF PIERCE, KEWAUNEE COUNTY, WISCONSIN is permanently on

file and is available for public inspection at the Pierce Town Hall.  Please contact the Town Clerk

for an appointment to inspect the ordinance.
